In addition to our other features, BridalExposure.com is also an online listing service; therefore, all transactions through BridalExposure.com are confidential between the buyer and seller, as are the terms of the sale. BridalExposure.com assumes no liability for any transaction that takes place between buyer and seller. Buying and Selling through BridalExposure.com is available only to individuals legally eligible to form binding contracts. Minors and others ineligible to applicable law to form binding contracts are excluded. By registering and/or posting on this site, you certify that you are legally capable of forming a binding contract. BridalExposure.com requires a $25.00 listing fee which is non-refundable once your dress or item (s) have been posted to the site. You’re allowed up to 5 accessories along with the posting of your dress. Your item(s) will remain on the site for 12 months or until it sales. Whichever occurs first. BridalExposure.com makes no guarantee that your item(s) will sell. Regardless if your item(s) sells or not, your listing fee is non-refundable. If you negotiate a lower price for your item, BridalExposure.com will not be responsible for refunding the difference. You agree to notify us immediately via email, upon the selling of your item(s). Only images of the actual item being sold may be used in your listing. You agree to represent your item as accurately as possible. BridalExposure.com makes no obligation to review your posting for accuracy. Buyers and sellers are solely responsible for evaluating the content of a listing, and must use reasonable judgment in all transactions. You acknowledge that BridalExposure.com does not pre-screen or approve the contents and images posted by you, but that BridalExposure.com shall have the right in its sole discretion to refuse, delete or remove any such contents or images. You agree not to post, email or otherwise make available any content or images that is inaccurate or inappropriate, and BridalExposure.com reserves the right to remove any such content or images if found to be inaccurate or inappropriate. As previously stated, BridalExposure.com assumes no liability for any transaction that takes place between buyer and seller. You agree that use of the service is at user’s sole risk. The service is provided on an “as is” and on an “as available” basis, without any warranties of any kind.
